Michelle Grillo - ‘Miss Michelle’ Diploma in Dance Teaching and Management, Adv 2 Cert (MTDB). Cecchetti trained. Safe Dance Course and Child Developement. Over 25 years of dance teaching experience. 14 years experience teaching the Kinderballet programs.

Michelle's dancing journey began at the age of 5 years old. She danced at her local dance school for many years gaining skills in all areas of dance including Cecchetti ballet exams and ISTD modern exams. 

Michelle began assisting and teaching ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary classes from the age of 16 years old, and after completing her year 12 studies, went on to study and gain her Diploma in Dance Teaching and Management at Box Hill TAFE.

Michelle continued to teach dancing at local dance schools spreading her love of dance and expertise to many children of all ages in all dance styles. 

For the past 14 years, she has focused on teaching pre-school ballet delivering the Kinderballet programs, teaching children from the ages of 18 months through to 7 year olds. She is known to many as ‘Miss Michelle’. 

Michelle has also managed and trained pre school dance teachers in VIC for 3 years and has completed a seminar on Safe Dance Practice. 

Michelle's journey has brought her passion for dance teaching to operate her own pre school dance studio, Small Steps Ballet.

Miss Michelle is looking forward to teaching the introduction of ballet to little ballerinas and dancers through the fun and imaginative programs of Kinderballet in 2020 and beyond.
